First serves the Ohio Valley Presbytery by:

• Providing two commissioners to Presbytery
• Providing mission money
• Participating in educational and fellowship opportunities offered by Presbytery and Synod
• Adopting "The Commitment for Peacemaking"
• Participating in continued discussion with Presbytery, Synod and General Assembly in the inclusiveness of the Presbyterian Church
